Tulang diselaputi kulit

When I was in Malaysia for raya holidays last 2 months, my siblings and friends that I met kept saying that I look so slim. At that time I took it as a compliment, lagipun I baru bersalin kan..bukan senang orang nak puji I kurus plus the happy feeling that I'm able to shed extra 12kg weights that I gained during my pregnancy time. Furthermore, with the assumptions that they haven't met me for almost 1 year, it is possible for them to notice the changes in my body figure. Kembang kempis hidung I masa tuh..*eh padahal memang hidung dah kembang secara semulajadi pon sengihnampakgigi eheh*.


Later on, hubby pulak kept saying yang I dah terlalu kurus, tak berapa montok..huhu. So, each time we have our meal, hubby insisted me to eat more..aiseh, masalahnya tank perut I ni kecik. I takleh makan dalam amount yang banyak sekaligus, tapi since metabolisme I tinggi...I akan sentiasa rasa lapar. Macam sekarang ni, I makan 2 keping roti untuk breakfast. Lunch pulak memang makan nasi penuh bekas bento tuh. On the way home, while picking baby SN at the nursery..I'll eat some snacks. Sampai umah je, I makan lagi jajan + keropok2 sambil masak untuk dinner.


Dulu2 masa belajar kat USM pun ,berat minimum I 47kg. Masa musim sejuk kat Spain & Germany, I usually gained weight easily up to 53kg. Considering all those foods + on-time meals that I took everyday, berat I sekarang ni cuma 45kg...lagi ringan dari berat I sebelum kahwin. Hohohohoho.Since tinggi I is about 165cm, I am under those underweight BMI group for asian female adult. Aiseh... :antok: camno ni?.

Tapi bila I tengok orang Jepun, ramai je yang lagi kurus dari I...terus I rasa oklah, takderlah kurus sangat I nih. But then , bila I upload gambar terbaru I kat FB, my bestfriend terus komen "apsal tgn ko aku tgk cm kulit yg menyelaputi tulang sahaja?". Those questions, made me wonder...eh, kurus sangat ke I nih. Pastu I pun baru perasan jam tangan I dah longgar dan hampir tercabut kalau pakai, tu belum di kira 2 lubang baru yang terpaksa di tebuk kat belt sebab seluar semua pon dah longgar..huhuhu, padahal I siap pakai legging pant kat dalam seluar jeans. Memang I dah kurus sangat ke? :antok:.

Pssssttt : manusia ni memang tak reti bersyukur, kalau gemuk sibuk nak diet..kalau kurus sibuk nak makan banyak plak..sengihnampakgigi ekekkkeke...isk3x..

i lg kurus dr u la, weight sentiasa naik turun 39kg-41kg. kalau reach 41 tu kira hebat aa. even dok tumpang pediasure miya pun, takde naik...

dulu org dok kata i bela hantu raya. now i kata i tak bela hantu, i bela miya..wink wink..maklum la share calorie dgn miya aje kan?

Betul kata Yatie..gemuk susah, kurus sgt pun susah..senang2 syukuri apa yg ada..yg penting jaga kesihatan..

huhu kak yatie, kita serupa..tiqah nye berat 37, BMI mmg x ckup la..kwn2 tiqah pggl tiqah aneroxia la, tulang berjalan la..but i like my body figure right now..mkn la byk mne pun tp bdn maintain je..hehe..InsyaAllah hrpnye leh maintain la..

yatie! i do have the same problem before..makan mentekdarah macam hape je tp tak naik2 pon badan...tp skang masalah i dah settle after i start workout kat rumah.

actually bukan sebab kite makan sikit atau banyak nak bagi naik badan ni..sebab org yg metabolisme tinggi macam kite ni mmg tak jalan ngan cara tu..try workout yg macam i buat tu then makan mcm biasa.

my height pon 165cm and now berat dah kembali normal ke 52kg..baru la terasa punggung kembali pejal dan montok hahahaha

kurus la tu. u pn tinggi. i gak yg xkurus2 lg hehe. papepun yg penting sihat. kurus ke berisi ke janji hati sndiri suka. opsss hati encik suami pn kena ambik kira juga. maka kena la mkn byk sket kot hehe.

dulu, pernah 'terkurus'.. gila2 usaha nak naikkan berat badan.. sebab takut kena tinggal dengan boypren...

tapi la ni dah gemuk.. gila2 nak kuruskan badan pulak.. huhu..

suami kite pun slalu kata kite ni kurus sgt. ada ke dia blh kata "alahai...keciknya tgn...ni kepak sekali terus patah..". hoho..ada ke patut!

sama la kite..tank kecik tp kalau kuar rmh, org lain tak nmpk sgt yg kite ni kurus keding sbb pipi berisi :D

bestkan kurus leh pakai baju ape2 je. nina ni last weight sblm bersalin 85kg, dh bersalin 75kg, bb dh setahun berat br turun ke 66kg, ada lg 9kt to let go!
