Watching a Baseball Game at Fukuoka Yahoo Dome sehingga hampir tertidur

Few days ago hubby decided to buy me an iPhone 3GS because all this while I am using a prepaid phone here. We choose the cheapest plan provided by Softbank for the phone where we should pay only about 2500¥= RM90 per months for 2 years. The good thing in buying hand-phone in Japan is that you don't have to pay anything masa mula2 beli. Bila dah datang bil untuk bulan seterusnya baru kena bayar, tu pun bayar by installment..so, tak lah terasa sangat duit tu mengalir keluar ihikhik hehe.

We received few goodies from Softbank, the only official carrier for iPhone in Japan. One of the goodies includes a ticket to watch a baseball game on Saturday; 27th March 2010 at Yahoo Dome between the Fukuoka Softbank Hawks team VS Orix team. The ticket will usually cost around 1000¥= RM40 or more for adult. Thus, we took the chance to use this free ticket and went to watch the baseball game despite the facts that both hubby & I tak berapa minat pun sukan ni.

We arrived to the Fukuoka Yahoo Dome perfectly on time for the game. The Fukuoka Dome
(福岡ドーム = Fukuoka Dōmu) is a baseball field located in Fukuoka. The stadium serves as the headquarters of the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks team. It was built in 1993 and the stadium can accommodate 35,695 spectators and it was Japan's first stadium with a retractable roof. The dome is located inside Hawks Town, nearby to the Momochi Beach area.

Since the Fukuoka Softbank Hawks (福岡ソフトバンクホークス Fukuoka Sofutobanku Hōkusu) are based in Fukuoka, most of the people going there are their supporters. I guess kami bertiga je yang tak sokong siapa2. Tapi bila diorang tepuk, I pun sibuk2 tepuk jugak lah ihikhik hehe. We could see many people are wearing the Softbank Hawks jersey and cheering loudly to support the team.

We were seated next to a really nice guy who love baby SN sooooooooooo much. He kept offering food to give to baby SN. At first, he offers a chicken nugget but hubby told him that we couldn't eat that. Then, he went to buy the potato fries for baby SN. After that, he went to the food stall again to buy a strawberry cookies to give to baby SN *pastu mommy & daddy tumpang makan sekali* eheh. Then, he also gives 2 balloons for baby SN *jenuh daddy kembung2 pipi nak tiup belon tu* sengihnampakgigi ngeee.

It took me almost one hour to understand the rules of the baseball game explained by hubby hohoho. Since both hubby & I are not a fan of this game, we found it quiet boring to wait till the end. Ada atuk kat belakang kami menjerit2 bersemangat sokong tapi kami berdua plak siap menguap2 lagi masa tengok game ni gatai kui3x. We left the game during the 5th round. Anyway, Fukuoka Softbank Hawks win the game defeating the Orix team by 6-2.
