As Raya & Christmas are just over, MOBS was thinking what better than BEST FAMILY PHOTO, right??. Thus, MOBS throw out a nice MOBS END OF YEAR CONTEST giveaway with lots of great prizes to grab. The theme is "BEST FAMILY PHOTO" contest.
After browsing through picture folder, I choose this photo that was taken last week at Saga. This is baby SN's first experience with snow. I selected this picture as we (including my little 7 month old baby) were smiling happily in this picture . This picture imposed the sincere love that we have towards each other. On top of that, this picture verified George Santayana quote's when he said that : "The family is one of Nature's masterpieces".
Last night was Christmas eve and as Muslim, I am not supposed to celebrate Christmas as this celebration were meant for Christian. As there was a small church nearby our area, I could hear the Christmas song were played all night long and it somehow trigger my mind down memory lane to a Christmas eve night back in Sevilla, Spain about 2 years ago.
During that time, my classmate and I from the 2nd batch of EuMAS (European Master in Aeronautics & Space) had organized a 10 days road trip to travel with car along the south part of Spain. Since most of them were Christian, they were excited to celebrate Christmas with friends. We had a Christmas eve dinner at one of our friend's house.
As none of us: Malaysian's students is Christian (2 org Islam, 3 org Buddha, 1 org Hindu), we just took the Christmas eve dinner as a usual dinner with an addition of more Spanish tapas i.e more food to eat hehe. The food served on that dinner were Ensaladillarussa, Shrimp, Tortilla, Bacon, Ham and many more. There was also a special exchange gift session where I was given the Real Madrid Muffler by Wani.
(the superb taste of Spanish food)
(Wani & I, the only Muslims for the EuMAS's 2nd batch)
While we were enjoying the dinner, one of our classmate from Vietnam known as SSK had asked us how to say "Merry Christmas" in Malay language. After cracking our head and thinking for some time *sebab dah hampir lupa apa Merry Christmas dalam bahasa melayu*, we told him that it is "Selamat Hari Natal", to answer SSK's question.
He then repeated what we said and told the whole class (with his loud voice) to change the "Merry Christmas" wishes to "Selamat Hari Gatal"..... muahahahaha...wakakakakaka. All of us the Malaysian student laughed out loud every time we hear it, but none of us take any effort to correct them. It's nice though to listen to that "Selamat Hari Gatal" wishes instead of Merry Christmas or Selamat Hari Natal. *Jadi, taklah Wani & I risau nak reply ucapan mereka eheh --> refer : Hukum Mengucapkan Merry Christmas - fatwa Qardhawi*.

Pssssttt: to the EuMAS 2nd batch Malaysian's a.k.a geng senget : Selamat Hari Gatal, plus congrats to dear Wanion the arrival of your newborn daughter.
She was the only one in my siblings that was born through C-section.
I was really jealous towards her as mama seems to love her more than mama loves me.
I will always teased her badly and sometimes hurt her through my words and action.
I was not jealous anymore towards her on the day when mama passed away, leaving my little sister when she was only 14 years old.
I has to stay strong to make sure that she's strong to face this world without mama, yet she was the one who was stronger than me and taught me so much on how to be strong.
Today, she made me cried.
She scores 8 straight A's in her PMR....8A!.
Despite being the most manja, mengada-ngada, melawa a.k.a jangok, suka berangan a.k.a koya, she have made me proud of her, and I'm sure if ever mama was still around..she'll definitely be proud of her too.
She managed to stay tough after mama left her, facing all the difficulties that she faces everyday and proved that she's as good as her other siblings or in some cases, she's even better than me *I pun dapat 6A jer dulu2 hohoho*.
Dear Awin butuk, Very well done, dear little sister, You're special through & through. You've had success with flying colors I'm so very proud of you. You were once a helpless baby, But, even then I knew, You had strength and determination, To always see you through.
You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself Any direction you choose.
Pssstttt: I jeles kat adik I sebab hidung dia mancung dari hidung I, so I selalu cakap I lagi putih dari dia. Sebenarnya I jeles hidung I tak semancung hidung dia ekekekeke.
