What is the perfect place to celebrate your 1st wedding anniversary?.

A: Sea cruise --> NOT a perfect place if one of you is having sea-sickness

B: Romantic Dine out --> NOT a perfect place if you are living in the country where it is not easy to look for halal restaurant

C: Vacation in a deserted island --> NOT a perfect place when you have a 2 month old baby to tag along

D: Robo Square --> EXACTLY a perfect place especially if both you and your spouse are so much into engineering and technical thingy.

What the heck is Robo Square?. Meh duk dekat2 dengan I , let me tell you about it. This is the world’s first robot science museum that offers hands-on experiences. The museum collects 143 robots in 44 kinds and consists of three zones where you can meet the latest robots, communicate with the robots, and learn about robotic development.

Inside what looks like a typical shopping mall which is known as TNC building, within 2min walking distance of the Fukuoka Tower, it is definitely one of the most amazing mall we've ever visited: Robosquare. It's a combination of robot technology museum, research facility, toy store for geeks and on top of that it a perfect place to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary! .

In the spacious visitor area there are dozens of robots on display. Some are for sale; others are just to marvel at. Off to the side behind glass windows is an assembly and research area where you can watch technicians work on various robotic projects. Everywhere you turn, there is something to excite the senses. Besides that, the robo-girl that gives explanation on the featured robot can converse in English fluently (which is rare case in here as everybody is using Japanese everywhere huhuhu).

The most interesting robot for me is Seal Type Mental Commit Robot known as PARO. Paro is modeled after a baby harp seal. Paro has been developed for those who cannot take care of real animals and those who live in places where pet-animals are forbidden. Paro is covered with soft artificial fur to make people feel comfortable, as if they are touching a real animal.

Paro has five kinds of sensors: tactile, light, audition, temperature, and posture sensors, with which it can perceive people and its environment. With the light sensor, Paro can recognize light and dark. He feels being stroked and beaten by tactile sensor, or being held by the posture sensor. Paro can also recognize the direction of voice and words such as its name, greetings, and praise with its audio sensor. Paro can learn to behave in a way that the user prefers, and to respond to its new name. By interaction with people, Paro responds as if it is alive, moving its head and legs, making sounds, and showing your preferred behavior. Paro also imitates the voice of a real baby harp seal *owh, sangat2 chomeyl*.

Other than Paro, they had also a Hello Kitty robot on display. It amazed me as this robot is able to hold a conversation, and it can sing songs if you ask. Strange technology yet interesting to enjoy. It is soon to be released on Nov 11, with retail price of 450 000 yen (RM 17000) hohoho.

There are also a dog robo named Aibo that can moved upon being touched. It can grab a toy as it eyes were equipped with sensor to detect things around it. Another exciting robot is a dinasour robot named Pleo that has received Engadget Awards Robot Of The Year : 2007 .

So, here's a tips for couples out there who wish to celebrate your wedding anniversary --> find something unusual to make your day and go to a place where both of you will enjoy the time without troubling your little one. This way, you will cherished your love without spending so much money as spending money might caused another trouble after the supposed to be love celebration.

Salah Siapa

Di suatu petang yang hening, sewaktu Puan N nak tidurkan anak kecilnya, Puan N pun tertidur sekali eheh. Dalam tidur tu, Puan N di datangi mimpi tak best. Dia bermimpi keluar shopping dengan suaminya, anak kecilnya dan ada sorang perempuan lain yang tidak dikenali. Dalam mimpi tu, si suami keberatan untuk membelikan apa2 untuknya tapi amat bermurah hati untuk membelikan apa saja yang di minta oleh perempuan yang tidak di kenali itu . Haisy, Puan N pun majuklah dan lari2 kat dalam shopping mall tu tanda tunjuk perasaan. Bila terjaga dari tidur, Puan N menangis ....meleleh2 air mata kat pipi huhu.


Mimpi memang lah mainan tidur dan kadang2 hasutan syaitan , nak2 lagi tidur lepas waktu Asar macam tu. Puan N percaya mimpi tu berkunjung dek jiwa kacaunya yang di tiup angin cemburu lepas tengok gambar si suami kat FB seorang kawannya. Sebenarnya bukan pertama kali hal gambar2 di FB ni jadi punca Puan N merajuk dengan si suami sampaikan si suami dah tak tahu cara nak pujuk lagi dah . Lagipun, kata si suami itu bukan salah dia.


Puan N cemburu sebab perempuan yang bergambar bersama suaminya itu pernah jadi "teman tapi mesra" si suami suatu ketika dulu. Puan N faham yang si perempuan dan suaminya merupakan kawan baik dan Puan N juga sedar dengan hakikat yang perempuan itu pun sudah berkahwin. Yang Puan N tak faham dan tak berapa nak leh terima ialah, "why on earth she still choose to publish her photos with hubby Puan N yang di ambil few years ago?. Tidakkah hati suami si perempuan juga akan sedikit terhiris melihat kepada gambar2 tersebut?".


Ok, u guys out there..pls tell me salah siapa kalau perasaan jealous tu melanda Puan N selepas melihat gambar2 tu.

A : Salah Puan N. --> Tak yah lah nak cemburu ke apa, kan dah sah2 suami Puan N dah jadi miliknya. Lagipun gambar tu dah di ambil bertahun2 yang lalu. Let bygone be bygone.

B : Salah perempuan itu. --> Tak kisahlah betapa akrab dan erat pun hubungan anda dengan suami Puan N suatu ketika dahulu tetapi anda sepatutnya lebih prihatin dengan perasaan Puan N yang mungkin terluka apabila melihat gambar2 kenangan anda dengan suaminya itu.

C : Salah suami Puan N. --> Sebagai suami yang arif dengan perasaan cemburu tahap dewata raya yang dimiliki si isteri, suami Puan N harus lebih prihatin dengan cara mengingatkan teman2nya untuk tidak lagi berbicara tentang kisah silamnya apatah lagi meng-upload gambar2 teman tapi mesra sehingga ternampak dek pandangan mata si isteri.

D : Salah ketiga2 pihak --> Salah Puan N sebab terlebih cemburu. Salah suami Puan N sebab tidak prihatin dan salah perempuan itu kerana mengungkit kisah silam.

Baby SN turns 4 months (^-*)

My little prince; Shafiq Nazhan has turns 4 months old on 26th September 2009. I can't believe how fast time had flies. On 30th September 2009 which was exactly a day after coming back to Japan from Malaysia, my baby had his first vaccination i.e Bacille Calmette Guerin a.k.a BCG at Imajuku Ward Office.

According to Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan; BCG is given to a baby during his 4th month old. My baby was sleepy upon arriving to the city hall and he was not even distracted by the uproarious sound of laughter, screaming and cries by other babies. He just woke up few minutes before being given the BCG injection, huh..what a perfect timing!.

BCG injection in Japan is a bit different with the one in Malaysia as baby were given 18 small needles of injection. As you can see on the photo which contains 9 small needles for each injection. After a few months 18 small round scars will appear on the baby's arm and I was told by my friend that by 2 years old, all the scars of BCG will disappear.

It was scary to see the scars at first but I think it is less painful than Malaysia style., after all those scars will distinguish my boy from other kids in Malaysia *baru lah ada bukti lahir & besar kat Jepun hehe*. My little hero did cried for the first time the needles were injected on his arm, but slightly few seconds after that he was able to smile and be cheerful again as if nothing's had happened...bravo *clap clap*.

Besides the BCG injection, check up on my baby's health, condition and development were carried out by the Paed. Baby SN has reached 6.8kg in weight and has been able to develop few new skills such as make happy sounds by laughing out loud cutely *sangat chomeyl masa 1st time dengar dia gelak..hohoho..chomeyl2x* — or show frustration by screaming out loud *leh pecah gelas kalau letak dekat dengan dia kui3x*.

By now, my baby is able to follow an object all the way around him. Furthermore, he loves to put everything inside his mouth and most of the time, baby SN loves to sucks his fingers and also likes to taste others thumb and will cry if his fingers were taken away from his mouth. Sometimes he even put all of his fingers into his mouth pastu marah2 bila I keluarkan jari dari mulut dia..haisy, chomeyl nyer.


As we have new Malaysian living in the same buliding with us, baby SN gets new friends i.e Baby Ikhwan which is almost 2 months older than him. Last week I have to take care of Baby Ikhwan for a while as his parents need to attend to some emergency matters. Baby SN took some time to socialize with Baby Ikhwan before finally enjoy the Baby Einstein CD together...sangat chomeyl looking at both of them together on the bed watching the show. I quickly grabbed my camera to shot the precious moment.

Starting this week, I'm preparing baby SN to drink from his bottle to make sure that he's prepared to stay in the hoikuen (nursery) as I'll start my studies in the middle of this month. Sigh, it was quiet difficult to make him drink the breast milk from the bottle but I guess he should really understand by now that by hook or by crook; he still has to drink the EBM using bottle during the day and will only get the taste of mommy's nipple during the night only. He will cry and refuse to drink for the first few minutes - and will only start drinking after being tired of crying or if lifted and being swings to the left and right. Haisy, kat rumah leh la I pujuk2 dan dukung , hayun kiri kanan to make sure that he finish his milk, but I wonder if the person at the nursery have enough time and effort to do the same thing?. Any tips on how to teach him to drink from the bottle in another effective ways?.
