G.K Chesterton once said that "The traveler sees what he sees BUT the tourist sees what he has come to see". Previously, I do travel a lot around Europe but I rarely share the experiences with others instead I just share the pictures (*refer: http://chomeyl.fotopages.com and http://picasaweb.google.com/dasar.chomeyl*).
During my traveling journey in Europe, I don't simply stopped by at any place but I just travel according to the sightseeing spot advice by the travel adviser. Recently, as I become older and wiser..I decided to share the unforgettable moment that I've gained during those traveling here and there. Thus, I am now considering myself as a traveler instead of tourist like I used to be few years ago.
Following what Samuel Johnson once said i.e: “The use of traveling is to regulate imagination by reality, and instead of thinking how things may be, to see them as they are”; I expand my imagination wider each and every time I travel to new places. It's unbelievable to know that there are lots of things that awaits to fascinate us while we travel. In this entry, I would like to share some random pictures that hubby & I have captured during our traveling journey.
These photos were captured on the road and most of it were captured while the car is moving. Oh and by the way, I'm 100% agreed with Charles Kuralt when he said that "Thanks to the Interstate Highway System, it is now possible to travel across the country from coast to coast without seeing anything." ~ On the Road With Charles Kuralt. What a waste, huh!
