I have read quite a shocking news in The Star two days ago. Here's the excerpt of the news.

Chinese Married Couple Clueless About Sex

A HIGHLY educated couple, in their 30s from Hubei, China, thought that the wife would get pregnant by sleeping on the same bed, Sin Chew Daily reported.

Prior to their marriage, the couple did not dare hold hands and kiss as they thought the woman would get pregnant by doing so, reported a China newspaper Chu Tian Jin Bao.

However, the couple decided to seek medical advice after the wife, who holds a masters degree, could not conceive.

They have been married for three years.

The doctor was shocked to learn about their “sex life”.

The husband, who has a doctoral degree, said they were too focused on their studies.

My response after reading this news? --> My oh my...man!.

My husband and I were married after we both got our master degree, and two months after we were married, my husband went to Japan to pursue his doctoral degree. A year after that, I decided to pursue my doctoral degree too, here in Japan.

Thus, I would say that this Chinese couple have something similar with us in terms of education level. Although, I would not self-proclaimed our self as HIGHLY Educated person..let's just say we are Medium Educated person, OK?.

Despite having similarity in terms of education levels, we have one MAJOR difference with this couple that is I was pregnant during the second months of our wedding.

I am feeling obliged to explain to this HIGHLY educated couple that your wife wont conceived just by holding hands, kiss or even sleeping together on the same bed.

The most important thing before conceiving --> pregnant --> giving birth to a human is to have SEX. Since, both of you guys are HIGHLY EDUCATED COUPLE, I decided to give explanation in terms of biology.

In biology, sex is a process of combining and mixing genetic traits, often resulting in the specialization of organisms into a male or female variety.
