Manusia macam semut kat Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion), Kyoto

http://www.murabbi.net/images/smiley/assalamualaikum.gif
Yosh, selepas 2-3 entry terbaru kat blog ni sekadar entry pendek semata-mata marilah kita kembali ke tabiat semulajadi iaitu update blog panjang lebar *walaupun orang scroll laju2 je* dengan cerita bergambar.

Macam yang I dah bagitahu kat entry Golden Week Holiday in Japan hari tu, SN's family ke Osaka & Kyoto on the last weekend. Konon2 agenda utama ialah sebab I kena present kat conference tapi agenda sampingan i.e. jalan2 tetap meriah berlansung semata-mata sebab nak cari bahan untuk update blog *alasan tak leh blah* ihikhik.

It took us about 2 1/2 hour to reach Shin-Osaka station.

+- left pic : dalam bullet train. right pic : baru sampai kat staion Shin-Osaka -+

Sempat menyinggah kat satu tempat je kat Kyoto i.e Kinkakuji (golden pavilion).

Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion) is a Zen temple in northern Kyoto whose top two floors are completely covered in gold leaf. It is an impressive structure built overlooking a large pond.

+- muka dah sama besar dengan talam ihikhik -+

+- nak ambik gambar pun susah, penuh orang -+

Statues of the historical Buddha and Yoshimitsu are stored in the 1st floor. It is not possible to enter the pavilion, but the statues can be viewed from across the pond if you look closely, as the front windows of the first floor are usually kept open.

Inside the 2nd floor is a seated Kannon Bodhisattva surrounded by statues of the Four Heavenly Kings; however, the statues are not shown to the public. Finally, the third and uppermost floor is built in the style of a Chinese Zen Hall, is gilded inside and out, and is capped with a golden phoenix.

After viewing Kinkakuji from across the pond, visitors pass by the head priest's former living quarters (hojo) which are known for their painted sliding doors (fusuma), but are not open to the public.

The path once again passes by Kinkakuji from behind then leads through the temple's gardens.

+- jalan menuju ke garden -+

The gardens hold a few other spots of interest including Anmintaku Pond that is said to never dry up, and statues that people throw coins at for luck *berlumba-lumba diorang campak coins kat situ, hubby & I pulak yang rasa macam berlumba2 nak kutip coins yang bersepah diorang campak2 tu*.

+- breathtaking view of the pond -+

Outside the exit are souvenir shops, a small tea garden where you can have matcha (green tea) and sweets (for 500 yen).

There's also Fudo Hall, a small temple hall which houses a statue of Fudo Myoo, one of the Five Wisdom Kings and protector of Buddhism.

Kitorang sempat jugak lepak kejap kat kedai sebelum keluar dari park tu, bantai aiskrim barang satu dua kon. Nyum nyum...sedapnyer.

+_ muka SN penuh perasaan menghayati keenakan aiskrim green tea -+

Sebelum gerak balik ke Osaka, sempat pusing2 kat bandar Kyoto tapi tak turun pun sebab malas nak jalan kat tengah2 manusia yang ramai tu. Hajat hati nak makan kat restoran Turki tapi tutup pulak hari tu.

Last2 drive ke Osaka dan singgah makan kat Restoran Bagus (Indonesia) sebelum check in kat Hotel New Hankyu. Nanti episod jalan2 hari ke-2 akan bersambung kat entry selepas2 ini..macam tak biasa pulak kan...ni pun dah panjang berdepa-depa entry ni siul .

Psssst : haaaa, mesti korang scroll laju2 tengok gambar je tak baca pun apa yang I bebelkan hohohoho kantoi di situ jelir.

~ Thanks for reading this (^-*) ~
